BDX is developing and expanding its production management operations in Svappavaara and Leveäniemi, where we work with logistics and contracting services. Therefore, we are looking for two additional Production Managers. Here you are offered an exciting and developmental job where you will be a key player responsible for planning and controlling resources and production in the operations.

What does the role involve?

As a Production Manager in the mining industry, you are the production manager's extended arm in production. You are responsible for leading and distributing work regarding resource and production planning, economic monitoring, quality, and occupational health and safety issues. You have various support functions within BDX as well as our quality and management system at your disposal, which contains most of what one could wish for. In your work, you interact with both customers and subcontractors, so we are looking for someone who is both relationship-building and result-oriented.

Your main tasks include:

• Plan, lead, and distribute tasks in our projects towards set goals.
• Control daily production on-site regarding time, quality, occupational health and safety, and cost.
• Ensure that assigned occupational health and safety tasks are followed and that work is performed according to current regulations.
• Coordinate resources on assigned projects together with other colleagues.
• Maintain and build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Daily documentation of deviations and issues.
• Participate in inspections and meetings.

Your profile

You have previous experience in a supervisory position, experience in production management, or have otherwise acquired relevant experience in the field. We consider experience from the mining industry to be meritorious. Qualifications

• Experience in production management or a supervisory position, or equivalent experience that the employer deems relevant.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Category B driver's license.

• Experience from the mining industry.
